Because our boxes are designed for family use and contain consumable items, we’re unable to accept returns of opened products. We want you to love your box, so if something arrives damaged, just send us a quick photo and we’ll replace that specific item right away. For unopened boxes, you may return them within 14 days — return shipping costs and a small restocking fee apply.
