Subscription Terms

Monthly Subscription
By subscribing to our services, you agree to a month-to-month subscription plan. Each subscription term begins on the day of payment and ends at the conclusion of the same calendar month. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled by you.

 

Subscription Use Policy
By purchasing a subscription, you agree that all ideas, materials, and items shared are for your personal use only. Redistribution, sharing, or resale of this content in any form is strictly prohibited.

Payment and Renewal
All subscription payments are non-refundable and will not be prorated. To continue accessing our services, you must renew your subscription with continuation of the monthly payment.

Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will be effective at the end of the current calendar month, and you will retain access until that time. No refunds or credits will be issued for partial months or unused services.

Expiration
Subscriptions do not expire and will continue to renew until you cancel.

 

Product Terms (Physical Boxes)

Shipping Policy
Free shipping is included to the continental United States. At this time, Beyond the Screen Families does not ship boxes outside of the continental U.S.

Return Policy
We do not generally accept returns on physical products. If you wish to return a box, it must be unopened, in its original condition, and contain all components. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. A 20% restocking fee will apply to all approved returns. Refunds will be issued only after the product has been received and inspected.

Refund Policy
If an item arrives damaged or defective, please provide proof (photo or video) within 7 days of delivery. We will replace the specific damaged item at no additional cost. Full box refunds will not be issued for damaged components.

All content, materials, prompt cards, activity guides, and resources provided by Beyond the Screen Families, whether digital or physical, are protected by copyright and are the intellectual property of Beyond the Screen Families. By purchasing or subscribing, you are granted a limited, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use only. Duplication, distribution, resale, or use of our materials for commercial purposes without prior written consent is strictly prohibited. All rights reserved.

 

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms, services, or products at any time. Any changes will be communicated in advance and will not affect your current subscription period.

 

Payment Methods

We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. We reserve the right to adjust accepted payment methods at any time.
