Digital Subscriptions

(Essentials Pack)

 

Subscription Term

By subscribing to the Essentials Pack, you agree to a month-to-month digital subscription. Your subscription begins on the date of payment and automatically renews each month unless canceled.

 

Use Policy

All digital materials, downloads, and content provided through the Essentials Pack are for personal, non-commercial use only. Redistributing, sharing, reselling, or repurposing this content in any form is strictly prohibited.

 

Payment & Renewal

All subscription payments are non-refundable and will not be prorated. Monthly payments must be processed successfully to maintain ongoing access.

 

Cancellation

You may cancel at any time. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current paid month, and you will retain access until that time. No refunds or partial credits will be issued.

Physical Box Subscriptions

(Activity Box Subscriptions)

 

Subscription Term

By subscribing to the Activity Box Subscription, you agree to a recurring subscription plan that delivers physical boxes on the frequency you select:

• Every other month

• Quarterly

Your subscription begins on the date of payment and automatically renews for each upcoming shipment unless canceled.

Shipping Policy

Free shipping within the continental U.S. International shipping available at calculated cost at checkout​

 

Use Policy

All physical materials, guides, and content included in the Activity Box Subscription are for personal, at-home use only. Resale, sharing of digital components, or reproduction of box content is prohibited.

 

Payment & Renewal

Payments are processed prior to each scheduled shipment. All payments are non-refundable once processed.

 

Cancellation

You may cancel at any time. Cancellation will apply to future shipments that have not yet been processed.
Boxes that have already been paid for will still ship and cannot be refunded or canceled mid-cycle.

 

One-Time Digital Purchases

(Themed Download Packs)

 

Access & Use

Digital download packs are delivered instantly and are for personal use only. Sharing, distributing, or reselling digital content is prohibited.

 

Refunds

Because digital files cannot be returned, all digital downloads are final sale and non-refundable.

 

One-Time Physical Product Purchases

(Activity Boxes)

Shipping Policy​

• One-Time Physical Boxes:

  • Continental U.S.: Flat rate of $8 per order

  • International: Calculated at checkout

  • Local Delivery (within 5 miles of Costa Mesa, CA): Calculated at checkout

Return Policy

We do not generally accept returns on physical products. If you wish to request a return, the box must:

• Be unopened

• Be in its original condition

• Include all original contents

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. A 20% restocking fee applies to all approved returns. Refunds are issued only after the product is returned and inspected.

Damaged or Defective Product Policy

If an item arrives damaged or defective, please provide photo or video proof within 7 days of delivery. We will replace the damaged item at no additional cost.
Full box refunds are not issued for individual damaged items.

By purchasing or subscribing, you are granted a limited, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use only. Duplication, distribution, resale, or use of our materials for commercial purposes without prior written consent is strictly prohibited. All rights reserved.

 

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms, services, or products at any time. Any changes will be communicated in advance and will not affect your current subscription period.

 

Payment Methods

We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. We reserve the right to adjust accepted payment methods at any time.
