What makes a story come to life in a way kids will never forget? During Outdoor Story Adventure Summer Enrichment, students don’t just listen to stories, they step inside them. Led by a certified educator with over 20 years of experience and a doctorate in education, this small-group enrichment is intentionally designed to blend literacy, creativity, and meaningful outdoor learning.
Held at Fairview Park, the natural environment becomes an extension of the classroom: supporting movement, imagination, and deep engagement that simply can’t happen indoors. Across five days, students bring stories to life through dramatic play, guided crafts, scavenger hunts, and story-inspired STEAM challenges.
Across five days, students will bring beloved stories to life through dramatic play, guided crafts, scavenger hunts, and story-inspired STEAM challenges. With expert facilitation and purposeful design, children build confidence as storytellers and collaborators while strengthening comprehension, communication, and creative thinking. Students leave with original creations, shared experiences, and memories that anchor stories to real-world moments.
